17-18 Schedule Change Request
Park City High School students will receive their class schedules in the mail the first week of August. Students may use this form to request a schedule change BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS. Requests are handled on a first come, first served basis. Seniors are given priority. Not all requests can be granted due to large class sizes, limited periods when classes are offered, semester classes fitting together, etc. Classes will NOT be overfilled.

Only one submission will be accepted per student.
