Hey Surfers,
We’ve created this form for anyone to provide anonymous feedback and share any concerns with our committee. This could be:
- Advice or suggestions: eg. if you thought a social could be done better or the teaching on a day trip wasn't up to scratch
- Club issues: if you have noticed any issues you think the club has and can improve on
- Reporting incidents: if you have experienced or witnessed any one-off or recurring issues that need to be addressed
- Or anything else you want to bring up!
It's important to note the club’s welfare officers are usually unable to act on anonymous reports about individual issues (things that concern an individual instead of the club as a whole) without knowing who is involved and being able to contact them to carry it forward.
If you are comfortable with being contacted about the report, you can include any contact details in the second part of the form but this is not mandatory.
We really want to hear your opinions as your input is really valuable in making surf club even better for everyone so please feel free to use this form whenever – no issue is too small!
