413 Lease is a real estate company based in Amherst that has a large focus on off-campus student housing. We have traditionally offered in person tours only, but due to the sudden circumstances and UMass switching to remote learning, our company has begun the process of creating an online system for groups to see and rent houses remotely. This system is in the works and will be available soon.
