8th Annual Fly-In RSVP Form

Hello! We are elated that you have decided to come to our event. We cannot wait to you welcome you. Please see below for detailed information on the difference between static aircraft and inbound aircraft.

This form is for all aircraft planning to fly in, regardless of inbound/static aircraft. Upon completion of this form, you will be assumed inbound aircraft. If you are interested in participating in the static display, you must contact Kaylin Klein, (575) 308-1621.

INBOUND AIRCRAFT

If you would like to fly into the airport for the fly-in. Air side general parking will be unrestricted in movement during the fly-in; you may leave whenever you choose. We will send you information regarding procedures and other pertinent details about parking around a month prior to the fly-in.

STATIC AIRCRAFT

This is a wonderful option if you would like to showcase your aircraft. It is important to note that you must arrive early to the fly-in and cannot leave until after the event has concluded. We will send you information regarding procedures and other pertinent details about participating in the static display around a month prior to the fly-in.
