Items are fetched from Store twice daily Monday to Friday only to be available from 10.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. at the Circulation desk on the ground floor. Please submit your requests (a maximum of three) at least 90 mins before these times. (Please note: ESAH and Royal Statistical Society books and other Special Collections ( materials can only be consulted in the Special Collections reading room, which is open 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.)

This form is for requesting items from Store only. We do not fetch books from the open shelves. If you want to recall a book from another reader, please click on the "Request" button within the catalogue.

Theses requests
The Library receives all Ph.D. and M.Phil. theses and M.Sc. (Regulation 3.5.) theses. We do not normally get dissertations and theses connected with other degrees - the exception being LL.Ms. Theses are kept in Store and must be consulted in the Library only. Fill in a form below to ask for a thesis from store.
N.B. You can see as many theses as you wish but please, do not ask for anymore than 3 at any one time.
