This fee covers:
Coach’s stipend, uniform usage (jersey, shorts, socks), team shared equipment, practice field rental and game expenses (officials and rental).
The fee does not cover:
Participant must provide own footwear, stick and protective gear. Participant must arrange transportation to all games and practices.
Financial situations should not prevent a student from participating. Please contact the high school principal or assistant athletic director (firstname.lastname@example.org) to discuss any fee waiver requests.
I understand that the fee is non-refundable if the student is expelled from the team due to a violation of the athletic code of conduct OR if games/practices are cancelled due to weather. The fee must be paid prior to the start of the season unless other payment arrangements have been made.
