Essential Job Functions *
RMYC work is both physically and mentally demanding. We operate in all types of weather conditions. Physical demands of the job can include swinging tools, heavy lifting, working in extreme weather conditions, and hiking with a backpack carrying personal gear/crew gear/tools for extended periods of time (typically 8-10 hours a day).
