Xpand's Pledge:1) We commit to raise awareness and education of mental health within the workplace. Therefore we are striving to create an open and empathetic environment where conversations around mental and all health are supported and accepted by all members of staff and is communicated through all levels of the business.
2) We will offer space for and encourage everyone to understand and determine their overall health needs. This may be through basic signposting, verbal support and/or by sharing resources.
3) We intend to fully take into account individual mental health circumstances when making business decisions whenever possible and acknowledge that in 1:1 conversations it's appropriate to discuss not only business performance but overall wellbeing too.
4) We consider activities that are beneficial for mental health (such as yoga, creative outlets, meditation, etc) equally on the cultural/wellbeing agenda alongside activities for other areas of wellbeing (such as exercise, social time, etc).
5) We confirm that having a historic mental health problem, issue or illness will not be a barrier to career progression or development within the organization and agree to treat mental health days equally to physical sick days.

Our main goal is to charge each individual to inspire themselves in digging deep to be the best version of themselves so in turn we become the inspiration to change the world.
