Vincent Monella Building- 133 Fairview Ave
The Town of South Orange was gifted the Vincent Monella Building approximately three years ago. The building has been sitting empty since that time. Now that the Baird Community Center has been completed and the South Orange Public Library construction is about to begin, it is time to look at the future of the Vincent Monella Building.

The building started as a private residence, became the Knights of Columbus and was most recently the Italian American Cultural Club. We now need to determine its next life in service to the residents of South Orange. The following series of questions will help us gain an understanding of how the residents of South Orange want to utilize this building.

Thank you for your time and input. Please watch for information about a Town Hall Meeting to review the results of this survey and to get final input from South Orange residents on the future use of the building.
