Exhibitor registration includes two conference registrations and lunches for both Friday and Saturday. Please include first and last name of the representatives planning to attend the conference.
Deadline for getting exhibitor information into the online conference booklet is Dec. 15th. Late sign-ups are welcome but Exhibitor information may not be published in the online conference booklet.
Registration is not complete until payment is received. An invoice will be mailed within 2 business days of completing the registration form. Payment can be made with PayPal, credit card, or by mailing a check with a copy of the invoice.
Tickets for Friday night’s banquet are NOT included in registration. Banquet tickets can be purchased at the registration table for $25 a person. Banquet tickets will be sold until noon on Friday.
All exhibitors are requested to furnish AT LEAST one door prize to be presented at both the Friday and Saturday noon luncheons.
Booths may be set-up after 2:00 PM Thursday and asked to stay until at least 12:00 PM on Saturday. Please check-in with Exhibit Coordinator prior to setting up.
Standard booth equipment includes two chairs, one power outlet (extension cords not provided), and wireless network access. Each table requested will be a standard 8’ table and will include one tablecloth.
Please be available from 8:00 to 5:30 on Friday and 8:00 to 12:00 on Saturday.
