We ask that you submit this form with 48 hours after we have received the animal. If we have not received cutting instructions by the time your animal is scheduled to cut, we will follow standard cutting instructions.

Please make sure to submit the form when you are finished.

* This symbol will indicate our Butcher's suggestion throughout your cut sheet. You may always choose different cuts, but if you are unsure what to choose, look for the asterisk.

Packaging:
• All products will be paper wrapped or vacuum sealed per your request.
• Roasts will be packaged one per package.
• Steaks will be packaged per your request, unless packaging does not allow.
• Every item will be labeled and boxed.
