Hola! We are so excited to have you join NDPA for a celebration of Hispanic Heritage month. Please fill out this form to make sure we have everything you need. This form will also serve as confirmation and we will use your business name to advertise. Advertising goes to our school population, NDPA POET social media, Layton City Calendar page and Hispanic Businesses. Last year we had over 500 participants. Thank you for supporting this event. This is an event that is open to the public, so please feel free to advertise to your fans that they can come and find you!
The vendor booth fee to participate is $25 and goes to NDPA POET. This is a 501(c)3 organization that supports our school. Funds from this event are used to provide support to teachers and students. We anticipate having a variety of booths and your registration fee will be used to secure your spot and help us confirm that we do not have duplicate products. Registration is first come, first served and we will refund your fee if we identify that we already have a booth with the same items.
Please plan to be ready to sell at 5 PM on Friday, September 16. Set-up time is 3-5 PM. The event will run from 5-9 PM.
Booth space is 10'X 10' and will be on the East side of the NDPA Jr. High (1591 W. Hill Field Rd). The space provided will be on pavement. You will be given an assigned space number and map prior to the event.
