Cosplayer Application
Cosplay is encouraged at our Esports Festivals, and we're looking to hire performers to judge the costume contest and level up the atmosphere with gaming-themed costumes and rock star attitudes. 🎮

While there will be different levels of opportunities to get involved, it is essential that our guests are comfortable interacting with attendees of all ages and interest groups. We're looking for fun-loving, outgoing personalities and recognizable costumes from our top video game titles.

Most of the cosplayers we bring out to the event will be expected to fill an on-site position, whether it's helping with registration, monitoring tournament areas or checking players in, or more standard roles such as hosting panels, judging cosplay contests, or helping with vendors. You can see a preview of optional roles and responsibilities, and may indicate preferences in the fields below. *ALL cosplay positions are paid opportunities.

Hotel room costs to be paid for by Unified with the opportunity for additional travel reimbursement. Each guest will receive a per diem allowance, in addition to the snacks/meals provided throughout the weekend. Contract rates will vary by role, reach, and which extra event elements the cosplayer would like to assist with.
