Thank you for considering the adoption of a homeless pet.  This Application & Contract Agreement is for the dogs available through W.I.L.D. Canine Rescue.

Before you decide to make the commitment and adopt, please consider the time, effort, and funds necessary for food, supplies, vaccinations and veterinary care to properly care for your pet.  

For your application to be considered, you must: (1) must pay the Nonrefundable $20 application fee –before your app is even reviewed (2) be at least 21 years of age; (3) have the knowledge and consent of all adults living in your household; (4) possess a valid photo I.D. with proof of current address; (5) have a steady source of income; and (6) understand that your application must be verified and approved by WILD Canine Rescue prior to any adoption taking place
