The Whittier Elementary Family Directory, sponsored and published by the Whittier PTA, is distributed in hard copy to Whittier families and staff each year. Its primary purpose is to facilitate social connections among the school community. Many families find the Family Directory to be an indispensable tool for communication—we encourage all to participate.

Please return one form per family by “Kid Mail” to your child’s teacher or to the front office;
or submit online via the Google form below by May 20th. None of the telephone, email, or address fields are required. Every child will be listed in the directory, and we will only publish the caregiver contact information you have provided.

The first email address we ask for on this form will only be used to send you a copy of the information you have provided.
