SimAUD 2019 Workshop Proposals
SimAUD 2019 Workshop Day: Sunday, April 7, 2019

The SimAUD organizers are pleased to announce an open call for workshops to be given in Georgia Tech on Sunday, April 7th, 2019. The SimAUD Workshop Day welcomes proposals in a range of formats for half day (3 hour) sessions. Possible session formats include, but are not limited to the:

• Demonstration and/or hands-on instruction of a simulation-based tool or workflow
• Theoretical introduction, overview, or break-out session on a simulation-based topic
• Case-studies in simulation-based methods with a focus on application

The SimAUD organizers will select workshops, organize the registration, provide space, and coordinate technology requests for workshop organizers. Workshops will be offered free-of-charge to registered conference goers and at a fixed rate for unregistered attendees. No remuneration will be provided to those that offer a workshop. If you would would like to offer a workshop before or after the SimAUD conference, but your organization requires a registration fee from participants, please contact the organizers directly. We cannot offer space, planning support, or registration assistance for external workshops, but we may be able to distribute your call to our attendees as a sponsor or affiliate.
