Test to perform

Look over all of the drill and battery and search for any scratches, marks, paint or silicon. Any visual defects should disqualify the product. 检查整个电钻和电池的外观。是否有任何划痕，标记，油漆或胶水。任何视觉缺陷都视为不良品。

Check the screws are intact, ensure no screws were missing on the drill. 检查螺丝是否完整，不能有螺丝遗漏情况。

Turn the chuck hard to check whether there is a bearing inside. 用力扳动夹头，检测是否已经装配轴承。

Check whether back screw Oring is deformed and beyond the screw. 检查后背螺丝的密封圈是否变形超出螺丝。

Ensure that the C-lock in place, pull the switch after assembly to ensure that the switch will not be pulled out. 确保C型卡簧安装到位，安装之后用力拉开关，确保开关不会被拉出。

Make sure the SS clip is assembled right. 确保绳子的金属部分是平整面朝上。

Check whether the tool joint is abnormal. Pins that are black or damaged are not qualified. Open and close the battery lock mechanism. It should be easy to open and close without to much force. 检查工具接头有无异常，插针发黑、破损的不合格。反复打开/锁上电池。确保能够轻易的打开和锁上，不用费多大力气。

Make sure the on&off switch has the speed adjustion function.Press the swit 2 ch deeper,The speed will be faster. 确保电源开关具有调速功能。随着开关按压深度的增加而速度增加。

With battery inside, move the direction switch left and pull the trigger. Move it right and pull the trigger. Make sure left/right is working smoothly. Also make sure when the direction switch left, the drill is running in clockwise 接上电池，左右移动方向开关，扣动扳机。确保左/右方向运转流畅。并确保当开关按向左边时所对应的是正转。

With battery inside, move top trigger from “fast RPM” to “low RPM” 3 times and make sure the gear is working properly. 接上电池，把电钻从高速档调到低速档来回3次测试，检查齿轮是否运转正常。

Hold the chuck, test the chuck opening from the minimum to maximum, and then from the maximum to minimum, repeated three times, whether the test will be idle and noise. 用手握住夹头，将夹头的开口从最小调到最大，再从最大调到最小，重复3次，测试是否会空转并发出噪音。

look inside the chuck. Make sure there is a screw to hold the chuck in place.check whether the LED light works or not. 查看夹头里面。确保有一个螺丝固定夹头。检查LED灯是否正常。

Set the drill to the maximum torque value,Make sure it is located in. And to ensure fast and slow-speed setting are sufficiently strong. 检查数字配件在最大扭矩值时所对应的位置是否在。并确保在快速档和慢速档都有力。
