If you would like to provide public input during HJSD Board Meetings, please complete the below form, prior to the start of the meeting. All public input must be made in person at the board meeting.
Note: If you are requesting for an item to be considered to be added to our next HJSD Board Meeting agenda, your request needs to be submitted at least 1 week in advance of the next meeting.
Examples of Valid Agenda Items include the following:
- Board Agendas
- Student Handbooks
Example of Agenda items that can NOT be considered:
- Specific Student Matters and Confidentiality
- Specific Personnel Matters and Confidentiality
