Party or Event Reservation
Please use this form to help us provide the best service possible for your special event. 
  • Within this form there will be associated fees with reserving our basement arcade and/or our rooftop patio. These areas are highly desirable to our community and we want to allow for special events while also allowing the public to enjoy them. Therefore, if you would like to host an event where either of these spaces are held exclusive to your guests there is an associated fee. 
  • For large parties (20 or more) reserving space on the main floor we will hold a credit card on file with a deposit to ensure that we can staff properly for your needs.
  • For both of these we will ask for credit card information at the end of this form to have on file. For basement/rooftop fees, these will be added to your tab on the day of your event. For deposits associated with the main floor we will only charge the full amount if there is a no show/last minute cancellation. Otherwise, there will only be a charge of any difference (if there is any) between your tab and the agreed deposit. 
  • When reserving the basement arcade, the following parameters apply - Our maximum occupancy in this space is 49 people. The reservation fee for the basement is $100 per hour with a 2 hour max - your group may continue to stay and enjoy following this time limit. However, that is when we will reopen to the public. For reservations on Thur, Fri, Sat we would like to limit to before 7pm and only 2 total reservations on these days per month. We can chose to make exceptions to this where it makes sense at the discretion of our staff. Please, discuss with our team directly. 
  • When reserving the rooftop patio, the following parameters apply - Our maximum occupancy in this space is 49 people. The reservation fee for the rooftop is $200 per hour with a 2 hour max - your group may continue to stay and enjoy following this time limit. However, that is when we will reopen to the public. For reservations on Thur, Fri, Sat we would like to limit to before 7pm and only 2 total reservations on these days per month. We can chose to make exceptions to this where it makes sense at the discretion of our staff. Please, discuss with our team directly. 
  • If you would like to reserve a section of the main floor for 20 or more people we will ask that you fill out this form. No fee required.
  • All parties over 10 are subject to an 20% gratuity to be added to the bill.
