Western Student Research Conference Presenter Application
When: Friday, March 29th, 2019

Where: Western University

Eligibility: Undergraduate student in Canada enrolled in Arts and Humanities, Business, Engineering, Health Sciences, Media Studies, Music, Science or Social Science.

Note: Applications are not open to graduate students.

Types of projects that can be submitted include but are not limited to course work, self-directed study projects, honors thesis, internship projects, summer research opportunities and volunteer research. Please check with your supervisor to make sure you are allowed to present your research.

Additionally, please keep the following points in mind:
- You do not need to have your final results in your abstracts. We understand many students are still in the midst of data collection at this time
- It's alright if you are unable to get in contact with your supervisor before the deadline. Submit your abstract and you can retract it later if you do not receive permission

Abstract (250 words max) *
Descriptions should include an introduction to your research topic, relevant background information, an overview of objectives, methods and results (if applicable), and the significance of the research. Descriptions should be accessible to a broad academic audience (including those who may not be experts in your field of research) and should be free of spelling and grammar errors. Note: Abstracts exceeding 250 words will be penalized.
