Lavender Festival Volunteers 2017
Volunteers are needed for Lavender Festival 2017 in Historic Jackson Square, Oak Ridge, June 15, 16 and 17. Volunteers set up, work the festival, and clean up. Lavender Festival counts as a "Community Day" for Tennessee Promise students!
Which shift(s) would you like to work?
Thursday, June 15, 4 to 6 p.m. (2 hours) Set up for Lavender Luncheon, moving tables and chairs.
Friday, June 16, 5 to 9 p.m. (4 hours) Set up for Lavender Festival. Put signs out.
Saturday, June 17, 7 to 11 a.m.(4 hours) Help vendors get unloaded at lavender festival. Work the water tent. Take sample crowd counts.
Saturday, June 17, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.(4 hours) Work the Lavender Festival as needed in water tent, crowd counts, trash pick up.
Saturday, June 17, 12 to 4 p.m. (4 hours) Work the Lavender Festival as needed in water tent, crowd counting, and trash pickup.

Please arrive at Lavender Festival at least 10 minutes before your shift, and check in at the Volunteer desk in front of the Ferrell Shop (235 Jackson Square, on the right).
