Rock 30 games is a locally owned and operated company that is experiencing strong continued growth. We are one of the largest independent video game resellers in the United States and our Repair Team is a major part of that success.

What we’re looking for:
• Ability to troubleshoot with minimal assistance.
• Reasonable proficiency in soldering.
• Ability to understand technical operating, service or repair manuals.
• Willingness to learn new concepts and execute them as instructed.
• Basic computer skills including understanding of Microsoft Office products.
• The ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
• High school diploma.

What you’ll do:
• Troubleshoot and repair consumer electronics such as video game consoles, controllers, and other related accessories.
• Troubleshoot down to the component level. We don’t just swap parts.
• Use advanced equipment and techniques to perform repairs.
• Work as part of a team in an open office setting.
• Use a computer to perform basic tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Perks:
• This position offers very flexible hours. Typical schedule is 9-5, M-F. However, the incumbent may eventually have the option to pick whatever schedule best suits them.
• Since this position is not customer-facing, casual attire is acceptable. No need to buy specific work clothes.
• All tools and training will be provided to help you advance in your understanding of electronics repair.
