2018 Frizz Fest Vendor Signup

*This form is intended for businesses wanting to be a vendor at Frizz Fest only. Please do not fill out this form if you're interested in being an entertainer, volunteer, or sponsor.

Thank you so much for signing up to be a vendor at Frizz Fest! We are excited to continue the celebration of women and natural beauty at this year's event and hope that you are too! Please take the time to look over the form carefully and check to make sure everything is filled out completely. If you had the chance to vend at Frizz Fest last year, you'll notice there are many updates to our vendor requirements, so please read through everything thoroughly.

There are two parts to the application process. We want to make sure you, our attendees, and the community receive the best experience possible at Frizz Fest. So we need you to answer a few questions to give us a little more insight into who you are and the business you run. With that said, we are looking for FUN-LOVING, ENERGETIC, INSPIRING female business owners! Because we want to create a special environment, we emphasize that the items you wish to sell at Frizz Fest are unique, hand-crafted, or custom made. Additionally, we would love for all vendors to creatively decorate their vendor stations with a tablecloth, signage, and/or branding materials to show-off your business.

Once we receive the completed form and have decided you're just the right fit for Frizz Fest, you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email will consist of additional information regarding the event, a vendor contract that will need to be signed, as well as an invoice for the $50 vendor fee. The $50 vendor fee and contract must be signed and received within 5 business days of receiving the invoice. Please note, your spot is not reserved until payment is received, spaces will fill up quickly and are limited! Our 2018 Vendor Requirements are as follows:

~$50 Vendor Fee per Business
~Must provide own vendor table (no bigger than 10 x 10)
~A tent/canopy for your table is not required but highly recommended...it will be HOT!
~Arrive to event location no later than 12:30pm on July 21st for set-up (or you will not be able to vend)
~Ability to set-up and clean-up your station without assistance from Frizz Fest staff. Feel free to bring a helper or two!
~Supply a substantial amount of products (Keep in mind last year's event brought in 500 plus attendees)

*Vendor Fee will not be refunded for any cancellations or no shows.
**Frizz Fest will take place rain or shine, no refunds will be issued due to weather.
***Frizzy By Nature, LLC and/or any member of the Frizz Fest staff is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Everyone will be given a 10 x 10 standard space. Your own table is required.
Do you have your own tent or canopy? *
A tent or canopy is not required to cover your table but is highly recommended! You don't want to get lost in the crowd of vendors plus it will be HOT!!!
Will you be decorating your table with a tablecloth, signage, or other branded materials? *
We request all vendors decorate/brand their tables. This is a celebration of women, we want your station to be fun and visible to our attendees. The more effort you put into your setup, the more you connect with the community and the better you will do!
Do you have business cards? *
Business cards are not required but highly recommended. You want to be able to promote your business during and after the festival...build that customer base, girl!
Are you able to arrive at the festival location no later than 12:30pm on July 21st to set-up your station? *
We want you to have ample time for setup so that you are ready to go by the time Frizz Fest starts! We suggest bringing a helper or two as the Frizz Fest staff will not be able to assist with vendor setup.
Can you commit to participating in the festival for the full duration? (12:30pm-6:00pm) *
Do you accept credit cards or cash only? *
A credit card swipe is highly recommended, we want you to make as many sales as possible! Also, please make sure you have ample change!
Can you confirm participation and provide the $50 Vendor Fee within 5 business days of approval? *
