Bert Hsu Academy is offering a free service to the community:
What: Free Academic Assessment of Grade Level Math & English Proficiency
Who: 3rd - 10th graders
When:
- Monday - Friday at 3:30 pm (8/25 - 12/19/2025)
- Saturdays at 10 am (8/30 - 12/13/2025)
Where: 450 Connecticut St. (parking lot available)
Space is limited. First sign-up, first served.
Bring your student into Bert Hsu Academy to use our computer to do a diagnostic test for your student's Math and/or English proficiency. Results will tell you whether your student is at, below or above his/her grade level. The test will take 20-60 minutes for each subject (Math or English) depending on how many grade levels are needed to identify skill gaps. Results are provided shortly upon completion of the test.
While your student is taking the test, you will have an opportunity to visit our school and learn how we can help your student not only fill-in identified skill gaps but also get quality and rigorous comprehensive education, build strong character and gain cultural literacy.

带您的学生到我们学校使用我们的电脑进行数学或英语年级水平评估。测试结果将告诉您您的学生是否达到、低于或高于她/他的年级水平。每项测试（数学或英语）将持续20-60分钟，具体取决于学生水平离年级水平的差距。测试完成后马上得到结果。
