  • Due to the volume of programs CCPL produces and our planning schedule, we require a minimum of 12 weeks of advance notice for program and presentation proposals. Proposals submitted outside of this window may be considered for a future date.
  • Due to the volume of proposals, presenters will only be contacted if the library would like to move forward with the proposed program. 
  • CCPL does not facilitate holiday themed programs.
