Participant Screening Survey (Interview Study: Wearables for Safe Strength Training)
Thank you for your interest in participating in our study (IRB #25-583)! We are a research team at Virginia Tech's Department of Computer Science studying future wearable technologies for strength training. We are specifically seeking certified personal trainers, fitness instructors, strength coaches, and individuals with coaching experience in strength training.

Participants will review and discuss storyboard scenarios illustrating hypothetical wearable systems for safe strength training. The study may be conducted either in person (at Gilbert Place in Blacksburg, VA) or remotely via Zoom.

The study will last approximately 60 minutes and participants will receive $25 compensation for their time.

If selected, a member of our research team will contact you with scheduling details.

If you have any questions, please contact Panayu Keelawat (panayu@vt.edu) or Dr. Yan Chen (ych@vt.edu).
