I am passionate about empowering and energising mums, with babies and young children, to reclaim their bodies after birth, by providing personalised and compassionate in-person and online training services that supports them on their journey to feel strong and confident about themselves and their amazing new bodies!

My focus is to ensure that every mum has the chance to restore, strengthen and move their amazing bodies to keep them safe, strong and invigorated so they can be the happiest, healthiest version of themselves, and absolutely thrive in their after-baby body, as a muma and, most importantly, as a woman who deserves to be happy!

I am looking for mums, with babies and young children, who are eager to:
- reclaim their bodies after birth (but are not sure how or where to start)
- feel stronger & more energised AND
- feel more confident about themselves and their after-baby bodies

I only have a few places available at any time so I am only looking for mums who are ready to make the change today!
