Interest Form for BIPOC Women's Cohort

The 2026 BIPOC Women's Cohort is a 6-week online, transformative leadership and resourcing space for Black, Indigenous, Latine, Asian, and Pacific Islander women and gender-expansive leaders to reconnect with their gifts, build skills to navigate change, and find joy and solidarity in community.

Across the social sector, BIPOC women leaders are carrying immense responsibility, often without sufficient support. Many are courageously reimagining leadership that honors rest, reciprocity, and resilience. This program offers a place to breathe, reflect, and rise together in community.

Rooted in liberatory practice, ancestral wisdom, and radical imagination, the cohort supports leaders in attuning to their creative power and leadership purpose while deepening connections through collective wisdom-sharing. The cohort includes a blend of facilitated group sessions, 1:1 coaching, and somatic and restorative practices, designed to help participants deepen self-awareness, practice sustainable leadership, and nurture solidarity across identities and movements.

The cohort will take place online from late February through May 2026, with up to 16 participants from across Turtle Island (North America). By completing this form, you’ll be among the first to receive updates on application dates, facilitators, and pricing.
