Participants can either submit papers to specific panels, the full list of which can be found here, or to the open stream.

Apart from the traditional academic papers, we also welcome more civic and political presentations related to basic income and allied movements. The theme for the Congress is Reclaiming the Future: Basic Income and Socioecological Transformations. A full description of the theme can be found here.
