Our 2019 Blue and Gold Gala will be held on February 9, 2019 at the Esplanade Lakes Ballroom in Downers Grove.
This year's theme is “Pride in Our Parish, Pride in Our School” as we celebrate the SMG Community. The event will host 300+ attendees and will feature dinner, open bar, music, silent and live auctions and the drawing for our Grand Raffle.
Last year's event raised over $155,000 which directly benefited our school and operating budget as well as supported plans for a new multi-purpose room for all students to enjoy! Our Community Partners, Parents and Parishioners help make this evening a huge success with a monetary or a service donation. We will show our appreciation for your contribution by giving you exposure at the event as well as in pre-event and post-event marketing. Our levels of sponsorship are listed below:
Platinum Sponsor: Monetary donations of $5,000 or services/goods valued at $7,500+. Premier position on the Photo Banner picture that all attendees will receive, full color ad in the program for the evening, two tickets to the event, post-event call outs on our website and Parish Bulletin, and if committed by 12/1, mention on invitations, eblasts promoting the event, and premier position on the Auction homepage and bidding website.
Gold Sponsor: Monetary donations of $2,500+ or services/goods valued at $5,000+. Prime position on the Photo Banner picture, full page black and white ad in the program, post event call outs on our website and Parish Bulletin and the Auction bidding website.
Silver Sponsor: Monetary donations of $1,000+ or services/goods valued at $2,500+. Half page ad in the program, post-event call out on our website and Parish Bulletin.
Bronze Sponsor: Monetary donations of $500+ or services/goods valued at $1,000+. Quarter page ad in the program, post-event call out on our website and Parish Bulletin.
Blue Sponsor: Monetary donations of $250+ or services/goods valued at $500+ . Mention in group thanks in the Gala program, post-event call out in our Parish Bulletin.
SMG Donor: Monetary donations less than $250 or services/goods valued less than $500. Mention in group thanks in the Gala program.
