Leadership Panel: How to Operationalize Value-Driven Change in an Organization

This year’s University Leadership Panel is centered on the theme of Operationalizing Value-Driven Change in an Organization. Confirmed panelists include:

- Kevin Beckford, Senior Director of Staff Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Linda Chaudron, Sr. Associate Dean for Inclusion and Culture Development for the School of Medicine and Dentistry and Associate Vice President for Inclusion and Culture Development, URMC
- Beth Olivares, Dean for Diversity in Arts, Sciences and Engineering
- Peter Robinson, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, URMC

Erin Kane, Associate VP-Communications, Marketing, Constituent Engagement, Office Senior Vice President of Advancement will moderate.

The panel discussion will run from 4:00 to 5:00 with time for networking and refreshments afterward.
