Camp LEAD Application
Thank you for applying to Camp LEAD 2024!  Camp LEAD creates an immersive learning environment that fosters social and emotional learning, cross-cultural relationship building, and development of the leadership skills necessary to challenge injustices and inequities in campers' communities.  This summer we're offering 4 different one-week-long (Monday- Friday) camp sessions for rising 6- 9th grade students, each with a unique theme designed to empower youth in Greater St. Louis to become advocates and positive changemakers in their communities.  Students are invited to apply for one, two, three, or all four sessions!

Session 1: July 15- 19, Artistic Voices: Writing for Change

Session 2: July 22- 26, Exploring Environmental Justice in STL & Beyond

Session 3: July 29- August 2, Youth Advocacy Leaders

Session 4: August 5- 9, Activism through Art: Sneaker Art with Brock Seals

While these sessions might feel far off, we encourage candidates to apply as soon as possible. Campers are selected on a rolling basis and so once you apply, you'll receive a follow-up email with information about next steps, including scheduling an info session with LEAD STL.  Please let us know if you have any questions.
