ADaPT for Black Youth Employer Info Session Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in the ADaPT for Black Youth program. 

The program is aimed at supporting Black youth between the ages of 15 and 29 in Ontario.  It focuses on two main outcomes:
  • Employment: Black youth and young adults pursue and are successful in a range of high-quality employment opportunities.
  • Retention and Mobility: Black youth and young adults retain employment and advance in their careers.
Our talented program participants receive comprehensive digital, professional and foundational training, mentorship and wraparound support, preparing them to make meaningful contributions to workplaces across industries.

One of our program's key aspects is connecting our trained young Black talent with businesses like yours. This info session will share more about how you can access subsidies, participate in custom and collaborative hiring events and fairs, access to a full suite of equity, diversity and inclusion supports to help your organization attract and retain diverse talent and much more.


Venue: Virtual. A Zoom link will be provided after registration
