Utah State University Extension and A Light to Remember are offering rural communities throughout Utah an opportunity to participate in International Overdose Awareness Day every year on August 31. Many communities are hosting live events to honor friends and loved ones they've lost, but we know not everyone can attend in-person. For those who can't join us due to distance, health, or any other reason, we have created a signature Remember at Home luminary kit.

Simply complete the following information by August 15, 2024, and your kit will be shipped to the mailing address on file, in time to participate with us on August 31, 2024.
