Leeds Print Fair 2018 Winter Application

Leeds Print Fair is holding a one-day event on Saturday 17 November 2018 from 10am to 4pm at the Holy Trinity Church, Boar Lane, Leeds LS1 6HW.

If you would like to take a stall, please submit your application by Sunday 16 September 2018.

If you want to keep the cost down and only want half the table, we can help pair you up with a fellow stallholder. Applications for this are extended to the Sunday 23 September 2018.

A floor plan and terms and conditions can be seen at the bottom of the application form.

Please note: You will need a Google account to submit your application but if you can't do this then print out the form and email or post (address on request) with your attachments or if you would prefer a Word document version of the application form, just make a request to leedsprintfair@gmail.com and we will send you one.

The stallholder spaces are £65 each and come with one 6ft by 2.5ft table. Please select below if you DO NOT want or need the table.

The boards for a stallholders space are 7ft high by 6ft wide and cost £30 each. Please tick the box below if you want a board.

Please attach up to three image files. We may use some for promotion of the event. Please keep the total to less than 10Meg.
There are two zones. Zone A which is the central zone, where you will be able to have a board to hang work behind the table space at £30 extra to the table price. Zone B will be the table and space at £65. If you select 'YES, I would like a board' you will placed in Zone A. The floorplan below should be seen as a guide only.

The cost includes:
WiFi is available in the venue.
13 amp power points. There are lots of power points around the venue.
Press releases to local and regional media and interested groups.
Social media campaigns to interested groups.
Posters and flyers in printed and digital format for exhibitors' own promotions.
Publicity on the Leeds Print Fair blog and social media sites.
Signage before and on the day of the event with extensive flyer and poster distribution.

The cost does not include:
Table coverings or chairs. (there are chairs available at the venue for your use).
Publicity material and mail-outs other than those listed above.
Stall holders will set up and take down their own display material. (I have a number of chain and hook sets for the boards).
Every reasonable precaution for health and safety has been provided for the event but we take no responsibility for personal injury to you or anyone visiting your stall who may be injured due to actions or by way of your stall set up, carried out by you and anyone running or connected to your stall. Please have Public Liability Insurance.

To be accepted into this fair, you must meet the following criteria:
You have designed and made the work yourself.
The work is made using some form of traditional print process e.g. screen-print, woodcut, monoprint, etching etc. or a combination of these.
All prints should be made with good quality fabrics or archival paper and inks.

Terms & Conditions:
We are responsible for the provision of the event venue, stall and display equipment as listed in the application form. Allocation of stallholder space and distribution of promotional material is at Leeds Print Fair's discretion.

You are responsible for manning your stall at all times during the event or giving authorisation for others to do this for you. Ensure your stall is supervised at all times. The event opening times are 10.00am - 4.00pm, with access to setup from 9am to 6:30pm on the day of the event.

You are responsible for providing payment facilities to your customers by providing cash or debit/credit card facilities. The WiFi connectivity at the venue is supplied by the venue organiser and is at their discretion. We do not take liability for any loss or theft of any kind.

Once applications have been processed we may ask for additional information and/or images to support the promotion of the event. We will not reproduce, sell any such image without prior consent and will always ensure your information is protected and represented.

Data Protection:
Any personal information we collect from you will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws, and will solely be used to contact you regarding Leeds Print Fair events.

With acceptance of your application we will then supply a Stallholders Pack with full instruction and guidance including Health and Safety and other event information, literature including posters and leaflets which will be posted to you.
