Florida After School Annual Conference Partnership Opportunities
Florida After School, Inc. invites you to join us at the 2023 Annual Conference on October 25-27, 2023, at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida. This event unites hundreds of professionals across a variety of disciplines who are committed to keeping Florida's students in school, enhancing their academic and personal achievement and guiding them toward a successful future. 

We are actively seeking presenters, exhibitors and sponsors. 

Our audience  incudes afterschool administrators and practitioners, school district administrators, and classroom teachers, representing public school, faith-based, and community-based programs. Attendees at the Conference come from a variety of agencies serving children and youth in Florida, including:
  • Florida After School, Inc. Members
  • Boys & Girls Clubs Programs
  • YMCA Programs
  • Florida’s 21st Century Community Learning Centers
  • Faith-Based Organizations
  • Public Schools
  • Other Community-Based Organizations

Call for Presenters
  • Representatives of public agencies, non-profit organizations, and private educational institutions who seek to present solely to provide information without any expectation of benefit in terms of sale of products, engagement as a consultant, or other commercial activities are encouraged to submit a  Workshop Proposal. 
  • Conference workshops should focus on transferable skills or “hands-on” content that can be applied immediately in out-of-school-time programs or present “best practices” and other exemplary components of these programs. Presenters are encouraged to share specific strategies that work well with diverse populations and in various afterschool and youth development settings.
  • All workshops are 60 minutes long.
Call for Exhibitors
  • Representatives of businesses, organizations, corporations, and consulting groups who would like to be featured in our Exhibit Hall as a part of their marketing strategies to increase business sales and who have an expectation of benefit in terms of sale of products, engagement as a consultant, or other commercial activities are encouraged to submit an Exhibitor Application. 
  • The Exhibit Hall opens Wednesday, October 25, at 4:30 pm with a signature "Costumes & Cocktails" themed-event complete with a Halloween-themed scavenger hunt. 
  • The Exhibit Hall closes at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 26. Exhibitors are invited to participate in the afternoon "unconference sessions."
Call for Sponsors
  • Representatives of businesses, organizations, corporations, and consulting groups who want to access unique marketing opportunities outside of the Exhibit Hall (e.g., general session speaker, bag inserts, program ad space, signage, etc.) are encouraged to submit a Sponsorship Interest Form. 
  • Sponsorships levels include opportunities from Bronze to Diamond. Most include an exhibitor space. The highest levels include workshop opportunities. While the deadline to submit your interest form is August 31, if you want to take advantage of all the benefits, you must adhere to the aforementioned deadlines.
