Dotknutá osoba má právo kedykoľvek odvolať súhlas so spracovaním osobných údajov, ktoré sa jej týkajú. Odvolanie súhlasu nemá vplyv na zákonnosť spracúvania osobných údajov, založenom na súhlase pred jeho odvolaním; pred poskytnutím súhlasu musí byť dotknutá osoba o tejto skutočnosti informovaná. Dotknutá osoba môže súhlas odvolať rovnakým spôsobom, akým súhlas udelila. The data subject has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data concerning him at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent prior to its withdrawal; the person concerned must be informed of this fact before consent is given. The person concerned may withdraw the consent in the same way as he gave the consent.
