Scouts of all ages and grades will participate in a competition designed to develop, as well as celebrate, their ability to think quickly, work collaboratively, and solve problems enthusiastically.  They will do this through creatively solving Instant Challenges; these are small, outcome-oriented projects that teams learn about, design for, and execute within the span of roughly five minutes.  When the scouts are not in the Instant Challenge rooms, they will progress through a series of STEAM workshops.

We need volunteers to be appraisers for the Instant Challenges, and leaders for the STEAM workshops.  You will be given training and information before the tournament so you will know exactly what your role will be and how to perform it.
