Some fine print: (READ THIS CAREFULLY)
1. You can sign up for as many or as few days as you like. We’re including the entire school year for parents who want to keep it simple and sign up once.
2. You can stop receiving lunches at any time. We’ll keep a 10% fee for any lunches paid for but not received due to withdrawal from the lunch program.
3. Sorry, we can’t refund lunches if your child is out of school unexpectedly or if you make a mistake on your form.
4. Payments are due prior to lunch distribution. Your child will not receive a lunch if your payment has not been received in advance. NOTE: We don’t want kids to go hungry so if a lunch is received but not yet paid, you will be charged the $5.50 rate.
5. Payments can be made using cash, check, or credit/debt card. The easiest method is the “Pay Invoice” link on your invoice.
6. Orders placed at least 48 hours in advance and by this form, email, or in person will be $4.50 plus tax per lunch (the total is $4.97).
7. Orders placed on the day of by phone will be $5.50 plus tax per lunch.
One final helpful tip:
There’s a 15-minute flasher zone on State Street right by Overflow’s entrance. Feel free to pull up and run in to drop off sign up forms and payments. ☺
