MAKING YOUR BOOKING:

Once this form has been submitted, availability will be confirmed and your booking will be processed. To book a machine, you are required to make a 50% down payment. The remaining 50% needs to be paid at the end of the month before your event date. No rentals may be processed without full upfront payment.

On the Wednesday before your event, you will be contacted via WhatsApp / SMS to arrange a suitable setup time.

ON THE DAY:

The setup team will arrive within the allocated time. Should there be any delays in schedule, you will be alerted. Kindly make sure the venue knows where the machine needs to be set up and that there is an open power source not too far from the machine.

You take full responsibility for the machine while it is in your care.

All rentals include a general box of props free of charge. Missing or broken props will be for your bill.

Should there be any technical malfunction or power failures, the fault needs to be logged at 074 129 4908 and a team will be dispatched to rectify.

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for the loss of usage during load-shedding. We suggest that you make sure your venue is covered to handle this by having a generator system in place. If you are taking a Selfie Station, it will not be affected as they have a 6-hour battery system.

COLLECTION:

The collection of the machine may take place from 11 pm depending on the pressure of the booking schedule. This mostly happens with out of town bookings. Generally, we arrange with the venues to collect the next morning or at a time that is suitable for them.

AFTER THE EVENT:

A selection of your photos will be available for public viewing and sharing via www.amusephotobooths.com by close of business on the Wednesday after the event.

You will receive a digital download link to all the unbranded images. These are saved to our cloud service. You will have 6 months to download your photos from here. Please be careful who you share the link with as they will be able to delete photos from your album.

GENERAL:

Should you need to change your date, kindly get hold of us as soon as you know so that we can process and book your new date or issue you with a rental voucher. All customization options will falter and will need to be rebooked according to availability.

Amuse reserves the right to swop out your booth shell or curtains should it be damaged from an event the night before.

Amuse Photo Booths takes no responsibility for any injuries or death resulting from the use of our equipment.

Regretfully, we cannot offer refunds.
