Thank you so much for your interest in participating in the 2026 Harvest Festival! Please fill out the following form, and we'll be in contact soon to let you know if your booth has been accepted. Payment is due upon acceptance.

Applications will be reviewed every two weeks, and notifications sent out on the following days:

Festival Opportunities
  • Vendors receive a 10x10 booth space and 2 complimentary festival admissions. Cost is $50 for booth space.

  • Food truck vendors receive access to an electrical outlet, water spigot, and 2 complimentary festival admissions. Cost is $150 for food truck space. 

  • Makers (demonstration only with no sales) receive a 10x10 booth space and 2 complimentary festival admissions. Maker spaces are free of charge. 

Booth Vendors and Makers will need to provide their own tent. They will have the option below to reserve 8' tables at an additional cost.
