Lost & Found Market Application - Maine's Largest Vintage Pop Up Market

Thank you for your interest in participating at Lost & Found Market! 

Lost & Found is predominantly a VINTAGE & ANTIQUE market. Vintage & antique items of interest toys, smalls, jewelry, posters, ephemera, paintings, glassware, accessories, home decor, vinyl records, nostalgic items, antique & vintage clothing 1800-Y2K.  

We are also looking to incorporate a few select fine artisans. Types of artisans we are looking for: bakers, fiber arts, silversmiths, stained glass, food vendors, local produce, block printers, pottery, ceramics, fresh cut/dried florists and clothes mending & repair.

This application isn't specific to a certain market date but rather is a general application. Once a completed application has been submitted, selected vendors will be emailed a list of scheduled market dates and can respond to any or all dates of interest. 

If selected, you can expect a response in 1-6 weeks. Only chosen applicants will be contacted via email with more details regarding future markets including pricing, set up & venue info. No questions will be responded to until an application has been submitted & accepted. 

This form is for new vendors only. Only one initial application is needed. If you received an acceptance email previously, you do not need to reapply again. 

After you submit your application, email lostandfoundmarketmaine@gmail.com at least 5 photos of the types of items you plan to sell. IF YOU DO NOT EMAIL PHOTOS YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE CONSIDERED INCOMPLETE & WILL NOT BE REVIEWED. Please do not submit an application until you are also ready to send the required application photos. 

Winter markets are scheduled twice a year in Portland. April in Bangor. June & September at the Union Fairgrounds.

What we are NOT looking for - random collections of secondhand non-vintage items, crafters, old bottles, coins, gemstone/minerals, shabby chic, chalk painted items.

Portland participation requires vending experience, an established social media business presence and thoughtful booth presentation with a curated collection. 
Answering honestly will not affect the likelihood of being selected but will help me better understand your selling goals.
