What is CEP?
The CEP uses AI to integrate teacher observations, student feedback, and benchmark data, guiding personalized professional learning for K-6 teachers. This targeted approach boosts reading, math, student engagement, and well-being. CEP helps teachers discover evidence-based instructional strategies tailored to their classrooms, tracks their impact, and provides real-time insights into student growth, supporting improvements in academics, classroom management, and student engagement.
Who Qualifies?
This grant is open to rural* school districts with at least one elementary school. Schools that could benefit from a tool that amplifies teacher and student voice, improves core instruction with evidence-based strategies, and guides data-driven PLCs (Professional Learning Communities) are encouraged to apply.
*To qualify, districts must be located in rural areas with a locale code of 41, 42, or 43 as defined by the National Center for Education Statistics: NCES Locale Lookup.
What is Included?
One winner of the 2024 Grant for Rural Districts will receive a site license for the remainder of the 2024-25 academic year, allowing unlimited use of The Classroom Education Plan© (CEP). This package, valued at over $10,000, includes full access to CEP for all general education elementary teachers, plus free access for administrators and coaches.
Who Should Apply?
The AI-Enabled Personalized Professional Learning Grant for Rural Elementary Schools is open to rural* school districts with at least one elementary school. Schools that could benefit from a tool designed to amplify teacher and student voice, improve instructional quality through data-driven PLCs, and guide evidence-based practices are encouraged to apply. The winning school will be selected based on its vision for community involvement and creative plans for engaging the entire school-wide learning community.
