Summer Sports Camp Registration Form
Welcome to our Year 2 Summer Sports Camp focusing on speed and agility along with hand-eye coordination for kids aged 6-13 years old. Last year our camp was a success with over 40 participants. The camp be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8-10am. Please fill out the following form to register your child. I will provide waters and snacks. Please make sure kids have water bottles as well to stay hydrated
