The Loyalty card Scheme is managed by dalBertGroup with its registered address at dalBert Group,Hotel San Andrea, Xlendi Promenade, Xlendi, Gozo. The Loyalty Card must be shown BEFORE bill is issued.The Loyalty Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name appears on the loyalty card.Customers are required to present their identity card for identification and verification purposes when using the Loyalty Card at any of our outlets. Only 1 Loyalty Card can be presented with a bill of maximum 4 people. The Loyalty Card Scheme is applicable on purchases of amount/products/services which may be redeemed for a deduction equivalent to 10% discount from the customer’s purchase each time. These deductions shall be applied at the point of sale.The Loyalty Card Scheme is applicable on any purchase of minimum €20 from San Andrea Hotel, Zafiro Restaurant, Green Sports Bar & Grill, dalBertFoods only. Subscribing to and participating in the Loyalty CardScheme necessitates the processing of cardholders’personal data by dalBert Group for the purposes ofadministration of the Loyalty Card Scheme. For more details regarding the processing of personal data, kindly refer to our Privacy Policy. dalBert Group is/are not liable for any damage suffered by any participant due to the nonobservance of these terms and conditions.In the event that these terms and conditions do not, or do not clearly, cater for a solution to any matter which may arise, then dalBert Group shall have the sole discretion to decide finally on such matter;These terms & conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with Maltese law, and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
