*Free events - This includes some concerts at the Gallivan Center, events hosted by the libraries, Farmer's Markets, etc
*Paid events - This includes paid concerts, circuses, special events at the museums/zoo/aquarium/aviary, etc
*Community-added events - These are personal events added by members of the community, such as yard sales, fundraiser car washes, etc
*Parks - You can search for parks based on features, such as playground, splashpad, amount of shade, bathrooms, water fountains, etc. You can also mark issues at the park. For example, if the park has a splashpad, but it is not working, a user can flag it in the app. Other app users will see that alert when they search for that park until it is marked as resolved.
*Fast food restaurants with play areas - This will be one place that combines all the fast food restaurants with play places in one list. Users can also review the play areas. Reviews would be specific to the play area, from the perspective of a parent. For example, a review may say, "Play area is large and clean. I could easily see my child in the playground. All tables are between the play area and the exit, so kids can't sneak off." An example use would be to search for all fast food restaurants within 5 miles that are rated 4 stars or above.
*Baby changing stations - This is a community-driven section. You can search for changing areas in your area. Users can add changing areas when they encounter them. The plan is to eventually have a large list of baby changing stations throughout the valley.
*Community-added events - These are events users have added, such as yard sales, fundraisers, etc
*Community messages - This would be a way to share awesome finds while you're out and about. For example, when you find a great deal on green beans at Smiths, or an awesome sale at Savers.
*Marketplace - This would be an area where you could buy, sell, or trade children's clothes and supplies.
*Volunteer opportunities - This is a list of volunteer opportunities available throughout the valley. It is filterable based on age requirements, distance, etc.
*GPS phone locator - At the push of a button, you can get the location of your child's phone.
*Shared reminders - This is a way you can have reminders shared with the members of your family. For example, you can set a reminder for yourself and your significant other to pick up milk at 6 PM. Both users will get the reminder, and either user can mark it as complete. Alternatively, you could set a reminder for yourself and your eldest child to feed the fish. Either one of you could mark it, so the fish is not fed twice.
*Persistent messaging - This is similar to a text message you could send to your child's phone, but the message will stay on top of everything else on the screen until they respond. You have the option to make it ring or vibrate as often as you wish, until the message is responded to.
