Report It
Report It is a vital tool that guides faculty, staff, and students through reporting incidents, observations, or concerns on campus using the appropriate reporting form.

The reporting form options include but are not limited to:
  • Lion Intervention Network (LINK) report
  • Southeastern Threat Assessment and Response Team (START) report
  • Student Conduct Incident Reporting form
  • Title IX
  • Power-Based Violence
Please answer the following questions. Based on your answers, you will be guided to the appropriate reporting form's hyperlink or information to assist you.

Note: While an online reporting system can be valuable for reporting issues and concerns, there are better options for reporting urgent or potentially life-threatening situations. Therefore, it is essential to understand the limitations of reporting systems and use them appropriately.

In an emergency or crisis, it is best to contact University Police at 985-549-2222 (available 24/7).

If you are unsure of how to answer a question, contact the Office of Student Advocacy and Accountability at 985-549-2213 or osaa@southeastern.edu.
