Promotions: Please share info about your products/business as we would love to share and promote them.  If you have a website, FaceBook Page, Twitter, Instagram, please share any and all info, this will allow us to share via the Culver Farmers’ Market facebook page and other media (you can also email tracy@foodnutritionpolicy.com) if that is easier.
Products to be Sold/Background:  Please provide general information like produce (indicate typical types of produce), meat/dairy products, honey, eggs, baked goods, crafts and other goods, food truck (indicate types of foods sold).  The market managers have final say as to what is acceptable at the Market.

Please describe your farm/business (i.e. part time, fulltime, organic, how long have you been a producer/crafts person? Anything unique about your operation?)
Certifications
Please provide copies of any certifications/permits you have in order to sell your items at an Indiana Farmers’ Market.  This may include an egg license, retail merchant certificate, food service permit, etc.  These may be scanned and emailed to chad@holeinthewoodsfarm, or brought in hard copy form to the first market day you vend.
