Sugar Happy Cookies: Request Form

PLEASE READ: This is a request form, not an order form. It will provide us with the information needed to check our current availability, provide you with a quote, and then begin the ordering process. Once details are finalized via email, I will send an invoice. Your requested date will be reserved once your invoice is paid. We cannot hold dates.

*****Requests are answered in the order recieved. Please be patient with replies--My hands are busy with current orders during the work day, so it may take me 2-3 business days to reply. Also, I do not typically answer requests in the evening or on weekends as we are busy with our family. Thank you for understanding!

*****During the holidays, replies may take longer. Your request will stay in order in the queue, and I will reply as soon as I can.

*****PLEASE CHECK SPAM/JUNK FOLDERS FOR EMAILS/REPLIES. Our emails can end up in junk/spam folders, and we have no way of knowing if that is the case.

*****Once you receive a reply, please add us to your contacts to help keep our emails out of your spam folder.

*****Currently, we are booked for custom orders for the remainder of 2019 and the first two weeks of January 2020. June/July/August is not open for custom orders this year as we will be traveling and spending time with our sons.Our cookies freeze well if you would like to pick up early! We will have flash sales or pop-ups as time permits. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram (and turn notifications to "on") to see those posts.

Payment in full (for orders under $300) is required in order to reserve your date on our calendar. For orders over $300, a non-refundable date retainer of at least 50% is required in order to reserve your date on the calendar. An invoice will be sent via email. (You may choose to pay in full for orders over $300 if you'd prefer--please indicate this in the comments.) Any balance will be due two to four weeks prior to pick-up. *
