This form serves as the official online digital application to sponsor the 2020 regular season (April-October) of the Youngstown Flea. We are looking for local, regional and national sponsors who are interested in partnering for one or more of our 2020 Youngstown Flea events. Sponsors enhance the quality of our event in several ways and give us the financial opportunity to improve the landscape of our city by sharing our mission and our drive with a wider audience in our community. Your support ensures longevity and sustainability for The Youngstown Flea, all the while effectively highlighting/promoting your organizations local efforts. It is an opportunity to cross promote and share in each others success.

2020 Youngstown Flea Sponsorship
*By submitting this application you agree to the terms found herein. This application is for the 2020 Youngstown Flea. Not all sponsors who apply will be accepted as partners. PLEASE READ AND ACKNOWLEDGE: VENDOR SPACE: The Youngstown Flea is not responsible for any loss to you or your business, suffered from a lack of exposure/visibility as it pertains to advertisements/marketing, damage or theft of belongings or merchandise, or loss of any product due to external factors. The Youngstown Flea is not responsible for any personal injury during our events. SPONSOR FEES: Upon application review and acceptance for participation, sponsors will be required to pay the appropriate sponsorship fee by a date to be specified on the notification of acceptance. If you are interested in being both a vendor and a sponsor, please let us know via email and we can discuss. All confirmed/paid sponsors will be eligible to be listed and linked to on the Youngstown Flea web site. REFUNDS: Once your application is approved/accepted and fee's are paid, refunds for sponsorship fees will NOT be given under any circumstance. The Youngstown Flea has the right to deny your participation in any or all of the events at any time. Should there be reason to revoke your acceptance prior to the day of the event, a full refund will be given unless any of the guidelines stated here have not been followed. CANCELLATION OF SPONSORSHIP: The Youngstown Flea reserves the right to dismiss any sponsor from any event. MEDIA RELEASE/CONSENT: I, the undersigned, do hereby release all rights or claims in connection with the photo(s)/videotape in which I appear, for use by The Youngstown Flea and all sponsors. I understand that the photo(s)/videotape, if used, will be for the promotional purpose of assisting future Youngstown Flea events. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photos and/or advertising copy. All photographs, negatives and videotapes shall constitute the sole property of The Youngstown Flea. I declare that I am of legal age and authorized on behalf of the entity applying for consideration in the Youngstown Flea, to contractually enter into the agreement herein contained.
